today was my first day of work...
and I loved it! It’s great, and I’m working with this girl named Claire. She’s sweet, and the work is good. It’s a good workout, too. I looked up how many calories I burned for doing it for three hours, and it said 900. I don’t know if that’s right, but if it is, then GREAT! :D

(via letshopeitsbetterthanthelast) You can’t just lose weight by not eating, because at some point, you have to eat again. The best way to lose weight is to just workout and cut out the unhealthy things that you may eat. Starving is no where near healthy. You should be more careful. Good luck.

I'm finally starting to realize why I decided to...
I’m starting to breath easier. My skin hasn’t broken out in sooo long. My legs are getting firmer. I can see it in my body that I’m losing weight. I don’t have to eat as much. This is so unbelievably exciting.

At this hotel the gym and the laundry room are connected. So I went and did my laundry (our trip got extended), and worked out until it was done.

I’m so freaking tired! This is insane. Earrrlyyy this morning my nephew had a seizure. It was caused by a high fever. I woke up at 4:30. Ugh, it’s crazy. He’s fine but I’m scared. But now I have to take my make-up off. Tomorrow is my weigh day. I’m so excited to see how much I lost. Or gained. But I hope lost.

Hm, I did 5 minutes of jumping jacks and a handful of push-ups and sit-ups. It felt good! I also made some banana bread for me and my grandma. We both loved it :) It was a good day.

Breakfast: NONE. I woke up too late, haha. Lunch: leftover Jambalaya. (200 calories, 5 grams of fat) + my alli pill. Snach: Grapes (75 calories) Dinner: 2 Fresco Tacos from Taco Bell. (320 calories, 11 grams of fat) Snack: 3 mini three-musketeers bars. (170 calories, 6 grams of fat) Today’s food and stuff will be posted later tonight. :)
