Hola everyone.
Today was pretty eventful so I didn’t have time to post.
Had volleyball at 230, ended at 430. Went grocery shopping. Came home and cooked, and am now eating. (Tuna, avocado, and tomato salad) Hope everyone had a good day!

My party was great. Don’t really wanna get too much into it, though.
My eating was horrible, but I don’t regret it. I know I deserved the cupcakes and rice and other non-primal foods. But today I am 100% back on track. :)
Party to do list:
Tonight:
Make a playlist!
Remind people (I’m so OCD when it comes to who’s coming)
Tomorrow:
Make fruit tray and refrigerate it.
Season meat.
DECORATE!!!! (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Breath. In through my nose, out through my mouth.
HAVE GENUINE FUN.
Eat whatever I want (with limitations).
The day after:
GET STRAIGHT BACK ON TRACK. NO EXCUSES.
I guess if it rains on my party,
that just means we’ll have to dance in it, right?

Volleyball + yard work + shopping + more yard work.
All this party preparation is getting to me. 40% chance of rain of Saturday. If it rains, my life will be over. (totally kidding about that)

…don’t know if I’ll make it out alive. My quads are dead!! I can hardly sit down without being in pain. :(
Breakfast consisted of 2 eggs, 17 almonds + 1 tbs almond butter, 1 cup blackberries. YUM!
For the first time in a while...
I feel like I have something to look forward to. And it’s the most amazing feeling.
I can hardly walk.
My quads are dead. Seriously dead.
If I don’t have rock hard quads by the end of VB season, I’m going to be sseriously disappointed.

I am by no means ready to get a car.
Pros of owning a Siberian Husky.
They require a load of exercise which means I must get off my butt and take mine for a walk/jog.

I ate too much today. Plain and simple. But the thing is, is that I cannot keep lying to you guys.. Most days I eat too much. I’ve got to quit now before I start gaining/not losing weight. Please help me!

August goals
1. Lose 8 pounds to be 170. (Not totally sure about that yet since I don’t know my definite weight. I’ll weigh tomorrow morning)
2. Start doing more body weight training. In primal, cardio is not a must (which I love), but I will be getting some in through volleyball.

HUGE salad consisting of organic spring mix, an organic carrot, mushrooms, grape tomatoes, chicken breast, and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Plus the other half of my granny smith apple from breakfast.
