August goals

1. Lose 8 pounds to be 170. (Not totally sure about that yet since I don’t know my definite weight. I’ll weigh tomorrow morning) 

2. Start doing more body weight training. In primal, cardio is not a must (which I love), but I will be getting some in through volleyball. 

3. (non health related) Get into the Junior Mentor Program! This isn’t really under my control but it would be great if I got in :)

4. Make my sweet 16 party AMAZING.

5. Make my sweet 16 a memorable one (party & birthday are two separate weeks). 

6. Have a complete blast in Florida for me and my mom’s birthday weekend! 

7. Have a great first month of school. (Starts August 11th)

8. Drink 94 oz of water daily!
